What You’ll Do:
  • Manage leads and plan daily activities using the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive new and repeat sales.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for new and used equipment.
  • Follow sales processes, including CRM updates and paperwork completion.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on product, market, and industry trends.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record. High school diploma required. Relationship-driven, outgoing, personable, and motivated to succeed. Knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
