Job Summary We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in our Deerfield Beach, FL location , and bring their expertise and client-focused mindset to our growing Commercial team! This role is ideal for a licensed, detail-oriented insurance professional with strong experience in commercial lines who enjoys building relationships and delivering proactive, high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely renewals and client satisfaction Assist clients with risk assessment and recommend suitable coverage options Process policy changes, endorsements, COIs, audits, and renewals efficiently Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to secure favorable terms and resolve any issues Maintain accurate and organized client records in the agency management system Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred Valid 4-40 or 2-20 Florida insurance license (required) Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance markets and products Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, agency management software Exceptional attention to detail, time management, communication, and customer service skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: based on experience 100% employer-paid health insurance Generous 401(k) plan with employer contributions A collaborative, growth-oriented environment with professional development opportunities Ready to Elevate Your Insurance Career?
