The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, enterprise technology solutions, and hospitality entertainment services. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. Job Summary:

The Enterprise Account Manager for Cruise Lines is responsible for driving the sales of DirecTV Content Streaming services to major cruise lines. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. They work collaboratively with other departments to provide the best solutions, service, and support to their clients. This role also has the responsibility for meeting department and company standards for productivity, product knowledge, resourcefulness, and being solution driven. This position is paid a base salary plus commission/bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to sell DirecTV Content Streaming services to cruise lines. Identify and engage with key decision-makers including I.T. Directors, Guest Experience Executives, Procurement Managers, and CFOs. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Present compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to cruise line executives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that align with customer needs and company objectives. Drive sales pipeline growth and meet/exceed revenue targets. Work closely with the cruise line’s I.T. and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of services. Provide ongoing customer support, fostering long-term relationships and account expansion opportunities.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

Strong ability to negotiate and close large contracts with corporate clients. Strong understanding of content streaming technologies, satellite communications, and digital entertainment services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in technology, telecommunications, or hospitality. Proven track record of selling enterprise-level technology solutions or streaming services.

Work Environment:

Remote, Home Office.

Travel Requirements:
