As an Account Representative , you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families, helping them navigate their health insurance options with clarity and confidence. What You’ll Do:

Connect with inbound leads and existing customers to assess their health insurance needs Educate clients on plan options (private, ACA, Medicare, supplemental) Guide clients through the application and enrollment process Manage client accounts and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems Meet and exceed weekly activity & performance goals Provide exceptional service and build long-term client relationships

Who You Are:

Entry-level (no prior insurance experience required—we’ll train you!) Motivated by goals and excited to earn commission Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Able to pass a background check and obtain a state health insurance license (we pay for training & licensing)
