The ideal person will have at least ONE year experience in sales and preferably Healthcare. Overview Identify and target potential clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, etc.) through cold calling, emails, and networking. Qualify and nurture leads, transitioning them into sales opportunities. Follow up with inbound inquiries and create customized proposals for prospective clients. Develop and negotiate contracts with new clients, assist with clarifications, and any follow-up communications needed. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs, provide staffing solutions, and offer tailored value-added services, such as ongoing consultations and staffing strategy reviews . Regularly check in with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with staffing services and address any concerns or issues. Conduct client meetings via phone or video conference to discuss staffing solutions, contracts, and renewals. Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure that qualified candidates are sourced, screened, and matched with client requirements. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with co-workers to create a successful team. Ensure smooth communication between sales, recruitment, and clients for timely fulfillment of staffing needs. Provide client feedback to the recruitment team to optimize candidate placement and satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell additional staffing services when appropriate. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals through effective sales strategies and persistence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and job orders in the CRM system. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and goals. Process and track sales orders, contracts, and other necessary paperwork. Stay informed about trends in the healthcare staffing industry and local market conditions. Monitor competitor offerings and adjust sales tactics accordingly to remain competitive in the market. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
