This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about helping people, and knows how to convert interest into action. Our busiest practice areas include E-2 Investor Visas, I-130 Family Petitions, TN Visas, and other family- and employment-based immigration solutions. The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective clients—responsible not just for welcoming inquiries, but for guiding them with clarity, confidence, and care. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for all potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries Confidently explain complex immigration processes in a clear and engaging manner Discuss investment requirements Build trust and rapport with potential clients, turning inquiries into consultations and signed cases Maintain accurate and detailed intake records using CRM software Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure a seamless transition from intake to case management Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales goals Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the intake pipeline Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience in sales or client acquisition (law firm experience is a strong plus) Strong understanding of customer service and client relations Quick learner with the ability to grasp immigration processes and legal terminology Persuasive communicator with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor Bilingual strongly preferred High level of organization and attention to detail Passion for helping people and making a meaningful difference A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a goal-driven environment What We Offer Competitive base pay with uncapped commission structure Training and support from an experienced legal team A fast-paced and mission-driven work environment If you’re a go-getter who loves helping people and is passionate about immigration law, we’d love to hear from you.
