What You’ll Do Monitor customer’s orders and preparation of shipments based on FIFO method Generate sales invoices, proforma invoices, Debit and Credit notes, FOB prices for direct orders to Japan and direct shipment invoices. Responsible for processing DHL and FedEx Airway Bill for VOR shipments and documentation. Responsible for monitoring customers’ balances and advance payments. Checking credit limits to ensure customer is not over prior to shipments Filing, scheduling, copying, proofreading, preparing order status and packing list reports for customers Prepares basic analyses of data- Release back orders and daily release allocation Coordinates inquiries with various departments internally and externally. Coordinate shipments and create hazmat documentation. Responsible for 7512 (I.P) File AES with USA Customs Department. Coordinate logistics service providers (e.g. Freight Forwarders, SSL, truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements. Request booking directly with shipping line, follow up on shipment and approve bill of lading, while maintaining any shipping and receiving paperwork and related entries Provides customer service to internal and external customers and resolve issues. EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED Minimum 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Automotive Experience is a plus.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet search engines.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English and Spanish. Must have excellent communication skills and writing ability to communicate with customers, vendors and sales staff.
