Position Overview:

We are seeking Account Managers to join our expanding team. This is a performance-based role with no base salary , ideal for individuals who excel in a results-driven environment. Depending on your skill set, the role can be tailored to inside or outside sales .

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs (e.g., Property & Casualty, CGL, Professional Liability) Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships Grow and manage a personal book of business Stay informed on industry trends and ensure compliance with regulations

Preferred Background:

Experience in the insurance (Property & Casualty, Commercial), medical , or sales sectors Exposure to sales environments (inside or outside sales) Familiarity with insurance products such as CGL, commercial auto, or professional liability
