Compensation:

$50,000 – $65,000 per year (commensurate with experience) ⸻ Job Summary Our client is looking for a Medicaid Account Manager to join their growing team in Aventura, FL. In this role, you’ll act as a key partner to our skilled nursing facility customers, helping them successfully onboard, navigate, and get value from our Medicaid case management platform. You’ll be the face to their clients—building strong relationships, ensuring successful case setup, and gathering feedback to help shape their product. If you have 3-5 years of experience working with Medicaid and long-term care patients—and you bring a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a love for problem-solving—we’d love to meet you. ⸻

Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding:

Guide new clients through onboarding, helping them get up and running with our software and workflow quickly and confidently.

Customer Success:

Ensure clients are seeing results and value from our client. Act as their go-to contact for questions, support, and ongoing success.

Account Management:

Maintain strong, proactive relationships with existing customers. Monitor account health, solve issues early, and identify ways we can better serve them.

Medicaid Expertise:

Use your knowledge of Medicaid processes to help clients navigate documentation, case setup, and compliance requirements.

Product Feedback Loop:

Capture client feedback and work closely with internal teams (product, support, and engineering) to inform product development and prioritize new features.

Team Collaboration:

Bring energy and ideas to a fast-growing startup environment. Be willing to learn, pitch in, and grow with the company. ⸻

Qualifications Experience:

3-5 years working with Medicaid, ideally in skilled nursing facilities or elder care.

Client-Facing Skills:

You’ve worked directly with customers and know how to build relationships and solve problems with empathy and clarity.

Medicaid Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Medicaid eligibility, documentation, and application processes.

Tech Comfort:

Familiarity with SNF software systems (e.g. CRM, billing, or EHR platforms). Comfortable learning new tools quickly.

Mindset:

Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to help build something from the ground up. ⸻
