Position Summary:

As a Merchant Account Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our expansion—meeting with local business owners, understanding their payment needs, and offering our cost-saving solutions. If you’re an energetic closer with a passion for helping small businesses, this is a high-reward opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass business-to-business daily, engaging with local merchants in person to generate leads and build relationships. Identify and recruit qualified merchant agents in target markets daily through phone, walk-ins, and social media outreach. Set up meetings and pitch our no-cost credit card processing and POS solutions to business owners. Attend local networking events, chamber meetings, and trade shows to generate leads Develop long-term relationships through a consultative, client-first sales approach. Train agents on company products, services, and compliance protocols. Keep your sales pipeline active and organized in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Work with our internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Generate reports and insights on agent activity and merchant trends.

Qualifications:

Experience (required). 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred). Proven ability to cold call, close deals, and build relationships. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Tech-savvy:

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM tools. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Must have reliable transportation and a polished appearance. Nice to

Residual Income Example:

Let’s say you sign up 4 businesses per month and earn a conservative $150 in monthly residual commissions for each: After 2 months, you’d have 8 clients = $1,200/month in residuals After 3 months, 12 clients = $1,800/month After 12 months, 48 clients = $7,200/month in residuals And remember — you still receive your base salary , equipment sales commissions and monthly bonuses on top of that.
