Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. You will utilize your strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and sales expertise to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively with clients. Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, cold knocking, warm knocking, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management role
- Excellent Written Skills (English and Spanish preferred)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills (we are a Customer Centric Company)
- Bilingual is a Must (English and Spanish)
- Computer Savyness is required
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excell
- Strong ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Exceptional sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Comfortable with warm calling, cold knocking, and building relationships with potential clients
