In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturing team and regional dealers, managing day-to-day field operations, dealer engagement, and client relationships. You will contribute to business development initiatives, conduct market analysis, and ensure smooth internal coordination to support the brand’s continued growth and success in the region. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for luxury products and international sales. Duties Support sales efforts for a premium yacht collection up to 24 meters, working in coordination with the Area Manager for the Americas. Foster and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network across North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Serve as the daily point of contact for dealers, assisting with product information, technical requirements, sales documentation, and general inquiries. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up actions—without engaging in final negotiations. Conduct regular on-site dealer visits to enhance support, gather market feedback, and provide training on product updates. Coordinate with headquarters and local dealers to ensure accurate and timely flow of information. Support the planning and execution of training events, sales meetings, and boat shows in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams. Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making. Perform back-office support as needed, including CRM data updates, lead management tracking, and administrative follow-up. Ensure dealer compliance with brand standards and assist with inventory and sales performance analysis. Participate in key regional events and client visits to professionally represent the brand and ensure smooth operational execution. Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support, account management, or field operations role – preferably in the luxury, automotive, or marine sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Skills Excellent relationship-building and client communication Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Insightful in market analysis and reporting Comfortable working across diverse cultures and teams Basic technical knowledge of yachts and luxury products Collaborative team player with effective coordination abilities Flexible and ready for frequent regional travel Work Environment Primarily office-based with frequent travel throughout North America, Central America, and the Caribbean Regular presence required at marinas, shipyards, and client-facing events (e.g., boat shows, sea trials) Occasional international travel to company headquarters and global events. Availability outside standard business hours may be required to accommodate client and factory time zones
