Success :

Proven track record of success in selling Pool/Aquatics products in a B2B environment or related industry, managing a multi-million-dollar territory. Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations. High School Diploma or equivalent (some College, preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel and attend company meetings, tradeshows, and industry events. Must successfully complete a criminal and driving background check, along with a pre-employment drug test.
