Account Manager in Fleming Island 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars Fleming Island, FL 32006 SCSI Account Job description The Account Manager is described as the individual who is in charge of a account that is assigned to them and will be responsible for being in daily cleaning and contact with the Cleaning Techs and Operations Manager.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicates daily with Operations Manager, to ensure client expectations are being met as well as obtain any special instructions such as meetings or special events. Communicate with the customer contact as needed. Has Daily cleaning task Works to resolve client complaints and assists with follows up to make sure the situation is corrected in a prompt and timely manner. Performs daily inspections on staff members and assists and train team members as needed to ensure scope of work is completed daily. Assists with hiring, training and onboarding, as well as assimilation to the team. Works with the team to ensure preventative maintenance is performed and equipment is in good working order and safe to use. Assists with communicating to employees and enforces company rules of conduct and ensure a positive workplace environment. Order Supplies, if and when needed. Also, may need to deliver supplies to different locations, as needed. Report any disciplinary issues to Operations Manager and works together to resolve matters. Plans out a schedule and staffing accordingly. Must available to come in during any emergency basis, or in any instance a tech is unavailable, to cover a shift. Ability to train and develop others to perform cleaning tasks in various areas and locations. This is a full-time, salaried position. Hours may vary depending on the account assigned to you.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass fingerprinting background checks, and random drug screening. Stand and walk and/or clean for multiple hours per day, with no health issues or restrictions, to limit your ability Must have own, reliable transportation
