We re seeking an Account Manager who can do just that-providing critical support to sales operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive top-tier service from start to finish. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who s comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients. You’ll be involved in everything from order processing and tracking to customer service, internal coordination, and general administrative tasks. If you re a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and a team-first mindset, this could be a great fit. This position is available in multiple locations across the Southeast, and occasional travel may be required depending on business needs.

High SchoolResponsibilities Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong, positive relationships with customers by coordinating across internal departments to ensure requests are addressed efficiently and accurately.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Manage the full order lifecycle, including processing orders, providing confirmations and estimated ship dates, issuing order status updates, and handling credit card transactions and RMAs.
Sales Support:
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales opportunities and ensure consistent communication.
Order Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and report on order status and backlog, track key customer activity, and proactively provide updates and feedback to customers.
Customer Interaction:
Respond to incoming customer calls, process orders, and serve as a key point of contact for inquiries and order entry.
ERP Management:
Accurately enter and update customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring timely communication on order progress and changes.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and corporate administration, resolving issues and ensuring timely, accurate information flow.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed.

Complete all required training in safety, compliance, and job-specific procedures as part of ongoing professional development.
