- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Renewal or Account Management experience preferably with enterprise software or SaaS. Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Self-motivated & target driven: looking for the personality of IG like AM’S.
- A track record of achieving customer retention and sales targets.
- Experience in creating and delivering user training materials and onboarding sessions is a plus.
- Familiarity with the transportation technology, city planning, or civil engineering industry is a plus.
