As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Account Manager will play a critical role in client success — from onboarding new customers and coordinating utility billing launches to maintaining long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding of new client properties, setting timelines and managing expectations across stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, track deliverables, and communicate project status Analyze utility data and client trends to make informed recommendations and support billing accuracy Collaborate with sales and operations to identify upsell opportunities and improve client outcomes Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email Maintain organized account records, reports, and meeting notes Monitor key metrics such as time to value, onboarding satisfaction, and client retention
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, or related roles (experience in utilities, billing, or property management is a plus) Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Excel skills are a plus) High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree preferred Why Join Us?
