Job Description

Channel Account Manager Choice Jacksonville, FL 32216 • Hybrid work At Choice our Channel Sales Managers focus on driving sales and revenue through indirect channels like independent agents, resellers, and other ISV and referral partners. Candidates will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and developing third party sales relationships to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Sales:

Identify, close and onboard potential partnerships that align with the company’s channel sales goals and objectives.

Channel Partner Development:

Effectively present Company programs and develop strong production-based relationships with channel partners.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (Ops, Sales, Partner Success, Marketing and support) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with channel partners.

Performance Monitoring:

Track channel partner performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

Channel Sales Support:

Partner with Partner Success to continue to identify improvement and additional production opportunities from Channel Partners.

Reporting:

Provide required pipeline data and reporting on past, current and future partner performance and channel sales.

Marketing Collaboration:

Support marketing initiatives that drive partner channel engagement and sales.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about the market and competitive trends and meet with management to discuss in detail.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal communication skills: Essential for building and maintaining relationships with partners.

Leadership and motivation:

Ability to inspire and guide channel partners to achieve their goals.

Analytical skills:

To interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

Negotiation and contract management:

Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships.

Sales and business development experience:

Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management is often required.

Understanding of channel sales strategies:

Knowledge of different channel types and how to optimize them for sales.
