Full Job Description Position:

Outside Sales Manager We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in Service and Residential glass products. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities through marketing, cold calling, networking, referrals, and following up on leads. You will be a key player in selling and overseeing the installation of a wide range of glass solutions.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business through various sales strategies. Meet with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions. Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales for residential and service projects. Take accurate measurements and prepare detailed estimates and quotes. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals. Track sales progress, manage customer accounts, and report on performance. Represent Duval Glass with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record. Experience in glazing or related fields preferred (but NOT required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Detail-oriented with solid estimating and follow-through skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable personal transportation is required. Team player with a no-drama attitude—Duval Glass has a zero-drama policy.
