H2O Innovation is a leading company in water and wastewater treatment, specializing in water technologies, services, specialty products, and contract operations.
We are seeking a skilled Regional Account Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth across all Piedmont Pacific product lines in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean. This role involves strengthening collaboration with existing key accounts, developing new key accounts and business opportunities, providing technical training, and collaborating with distributors and other external and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.
The Benefits

The Day-to-Day
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for all Piedmont Pacific product lines (including upcoming new lines).
Strengthening collaboration with existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Provide technical training to clients and consulting engineers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products.
Work closely with consulting engineers to get our products specified in their projects.
Present technical topics at national and regional conferences and events.
Collaborate with existing distributors to enhance market penetration and support their sales efforts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
The Skills We Are Looking For
Degree in relevant technical field (e.g.: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Water treatment, etc.);
Knowledge of membrane treatment systems, specially: Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF);
3 to 5 years of experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector;
Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, depending on home location;
Strong presentation & communication skills;
Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter;
High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability;
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
Dynamic and goal-oriented with a positive attitude;
Strong business acumen and active listening skills;
Adaptability and eagerness to acquire deep product knowledge;
Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities;
Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Spanish language skills are an asset.
