Pelican International, a leading provider of Plumbing Fixtures, Flooring, & Quartz is seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. With over 15 years of experience, Pelican is known for our commitment to quality and innovation in the kitchen & bath industry.
Location:
Remote, covering designated territories with travel required.
Salary:
Starting at $100,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance. This is made up of
Salary & Commission Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building. Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in outside sales in the building materials industry in a B2B environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a persuasive communication style. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (minimum 2 days per week).
