As an Account Manager, you will: Serve as the primary face of Cornerstone to both internal and external stakeholders, representing our culture and vision. Develop and manage work plans to exceed customer expectations. Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and staffing across multiple projects. Train, support, and oversee crews to maintain quality and safety standards. Identify and communicate job deficiencies, assisting operations in resolving issues. Support the collections process for accounts receivable as needed. Drive enhancement opportunities and meet contract renewal goals. Participate in customer events, HOA/CDD board meetings, and after-hours responsibilities as necessary. Continuously pursue techniques and tools to improve efficiency and service delivery. Conduct routine property visits and communicate regularly with assigned customers. Proactively manage and resolve service requests. Consistently conduct site walkthroughs and audits.
Key Accountabilities:
Deliver superior customer satisfaction. Manage all field operations within assigned accounts. Coordinate property enhancements from proposal through completion. Ensure job scopes and contractual obligations are fully executed. Maintain budget adherence for all assigned accounts. We are looking for someone with: A valid driver’s license in good standing. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 3+ years of landscape management experience. Proven ability to manage teams of 20-30 team members. Basic turf, pest, and horticultural knowledge. Comfort working within a structured, process-driven environment. Certifications (or ability to obtain): OSHA-10 Certification (within 6 months of hire).
