Job Description

Account Manager/Sales Complete Floor Care Solutions, Inc. Tampa, FL 33634 Account Manager for a Flooring Restoration Company This company offers a multi-step, restoration process using proprietary products and systems that permanently solve common problems that naturally occur with time for a variety of hard floor surfaces; such as, Ceramic Tile, Vinyl Composite Tile, Wood, Cement, and more. The Account Manager is responsible for generating sales growth and developing long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include generating sustainable revenue growth, determining target markets, identifying business opportunities, developing profitable, long-term relationships with potential clients, and include (but not limited to) direct sales calls, cold calling, and networking. Current client relationships and industry contacts in the trades, especially with healthcare facilities, educational institutions, fitness facilities, large corporate property owners, and property managers are a plus. Essential Job Functions Analyze opportunities, customer needs, and product/service fit Obtain appointments, develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales Create a replicable sales strategy for new regions within our market area that includes prioritization, lead generation, pricing models, and communications Maintain productive and positive customer relationships Keep clear, detailed records for both current customers and prospects Keep track of customer contacts, actions taken and next steps using CRM daily Identify and prioritize prospects in accounts through networking, referrals, direct sales, and marketing activities Develop value add project opportunities and deliver profitable sales

Account Development and Strategic Planning:

Define and target key divisions within accounts and then develop the appropriate strategy, message, and tactics to build the business Experience/Qualification s: History of success managing a sales pipeline from cold calling/prospecting/lead generation to closing to customer after care Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals Self-starter, strong sense of responsibility and productivity, dependable follow-through Ability to discern a real prospect from a non-prospect Ability to listen and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail Excel in negotiations and follow-up with potential clients Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales contact management software Strong business writing skills Live within 20-mile radius of Tampa Bay area in Florida Pay commensurate with experience, base salary plus commission.
