This is a full-time, fully remote , short-term contract role running June through July , with strong potential for full-time conversion (for Austin-based candidates only).

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and review client account data accurately and efficiently Process account transfers, rollovers, and updates (e.g., check writing, IRAs, margin accounts) Resolve missing or incorrect documentation with internal teams Support transitions between managed and non-managed accounts Maintain organized digital files and ensure compliance Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams in a video-on environment

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in financial services, banking, account maintenance, or logistics coordination Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle data entry with speed and accuracy Proactive communicator with a collaborative and accountable work style Must provide your own Windows-based laptop or desktop (no Mac compatibility) Comfortable working full-time on camera in a remote setting Available during normal business hours; no secondary employment allowed during assignment
