The Account Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position involves prospecting for new business, lead follow-up, and working directly with Sales Managers and Operations Managers on specific territories for growth of new business. We are looking for a person who can create and maintain excellent relationships with both prospects and co-workers. While this is a sales position, we like to think of our sales support members as problem solvers for our clients as typically our prospects need our service.
Hours:
Morning. Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. On-site Position Duties Works under the Sales Manager to help grow our company in specific regional and local markets. Job Responsibilities Proactive researching for new account prospects. Contacting prospects presenting Kept Companies’ capabilities. Create quotes through our proprietary CRM software. Follow-up on Inbound leads Manage and maintain leads lists provided by Sales Managers and Operations Managers. Work with field operations supervisors to begin new services with clients. Close sales What will make us REALLY excited? Successful telephone-based experience in either customer service, inbound, or outbound inside sales. Experience using CRM. Knowledge of internet resources to prospect for new customer targets. Previous sales experience.
