You love collaborating and bouncing ideas and strategies with a team and yet, you’re comfortable working autonomously. What you’ll do:
Focusing on driving growth across ANZ with global brands
Communicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
Understand competitive differentiators in fast-changing online advertising landscape
Being a trusted consultant to your clients across all the teams that touch those brands with the aim to accelerate the delivery of their objectives. You will do so by setting long term objectives and roadmaps accordingly
Work closely with the Trading team to rapidly on board new customers and grow existing advertiser patches
Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts
Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaigns
Provide continual training to clients of all levels from young traders to heads of departments as new features are added to The Trade Desk
Host meetings with people of influence on the account irrespective of the function and level
Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform and any other auxiliary element where synergies can be created (insights, measurement, billing, marketing, innovation)
Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s Degree
10 years digital advertising experience and client facing experience required
Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
Effective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Experience with driving projects requiring stakeholders from different disciplines to drive output at pace
Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimisation platforms is a plus
Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
