Client Relations Coordinator Tampa Counseling and Wellness Tampa, FL 33607 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking our services. This part-time position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and respectful intake experience while supporting ongoing communication between clients and our network of providers. Responsibilities Receive and respond to phone calls and website inquiries Send out initial screeners to potential clients Follow up with clients regarding incomplete paperwork Contact no-show clients to re-engage and support next steps Finalize intake process for clients, ensuring all required steps are complete Gather and relay feedback from clients on their experience Serve as the primary point of contact for 6-10 care providers and all clients Participate in weekly check-in meetings with the business owner Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts Be available to answer client calls during flexible working hours What We Offer $20/hour starting rate Flexible, part-time schedule with potential to transition to full-time Incentive bonus for generating referrals through TCW Opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of veterans Who You Are Excellent communicator, both over the phone and in writing Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Comfortable using digital tools for communication and documentation Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment Passionate about supporting veterans and improving their experience
