Duties Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Utilize Salesforce to manage client accounts, track interactions, and report on sales activities. Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and introduce them to our offerings. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction between the company and clients. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and customer feedback. Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and clients. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
