Utilize Salesforce to manage client accounts and track sales activities. Engage in warm calling to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on account growth and retention. Assist in technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform sales strategies. Support leadership in executing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness. Preferred Experience – No Experience Needed Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively is a plus. A background in technology sales or business development is advantageous is a plus. Demonstrated leadership qualities, showcasing the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is a plus.
