Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valuable customers. Your mission is to nurture long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and align them with our company’s offerings to drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients Understand client business goals and develop tailored account strategies Act as a trusted advisor to the client, offering insights and solutions that add value Identify opportunities for growth and work cross-functionally to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions Monitor account performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for both clients and internal stakeholders Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role Strong understanding of customer relationship management and strategic sales principles Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and client feedback Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
