Responsibilities Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts to drive long-term business growth. Conduct warm calling and outreach to engage potential clients and uncover new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client objectives. Use Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to manage account activity, track sales pipelines, and report on key performance metrics. Lead client negotiations and successfully close deals while ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to identify new growth opportunities. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members in effective account management practices. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account health, sales forecasts, and performance analysis. Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the technology sector or a technical sales environment. Strong knowledge of market dynamics, customer behavior, and strategic sales planning. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving client retention, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing relationships and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead conversations. A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
