This is a confidential search — discretion is essential. We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record of managing high-end commercial maintenance accounts, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue through exceptional service and strategic upsells. About the Role As an Account Manager, you will own the client relationship from end to end. You’ll oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, ensure quality execution in the field, proactively identify and close enhancement opportunities, and drive contract growth and retention. This role requires strong leadership, technical landscape knowledge, and a client-first mindset.
Compensation Base Salary:
$70,000 – $85,000, based on experience and capability
On-Target Earnings:
$100,000++ with uncapped performance upside
