The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance products with experience in an office setting. This role involves managing accounts, ensuring accurate health insurance billing and coding, and facilitating communication between clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. The Account Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of health insurance products and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Duties Manage client accounts by reviewing and updating clients records accurately. Utilize knowledge of health insurance terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and clients. Process health insurance collections efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulations. Collaborate with the billing department to resolve discrepancies in client billing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards related to health insurance coding and billing practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from clients and healthcare providers promptly. Preferred Qualifications – No Experience Needed Proven experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Strong understanding of client record management and terminology is a plus. Familiarity with health insurance collection processes is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
