In this role, you’ll connect individuals with tailored health coverage options, manage client accounts, and provide ongoing support to ensure top-tier service. No prior medical experience needed — just bring the ambition, we’ll teach the rest!

What You’ll Do :

Guide clients through the process of selecting the right health coverage plan Maintain and grow assigned accounts through follow-up and service Educate individuals on their benefits and coverage options Assist with policy renewals, plan adjustments, and account questions Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
