POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Private Wealth Service Advisor on our team, you will be responsible for enhancing existing client relationships and developing new clients. You will work closely with clients to understand individual situations and present custom solutions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a CFP certification, along with industry licensing (Series 7/66 or 63/65). As a Private Wealth Service Advisor, you will be directly responsible for:
- Working with an existing client base to help service their accounts and gain new business
- Creating new client relationships
- Creating new joint work relationships
- Serving as the technical expert on investments for the team
- Maintaining familiarity with industry and economic trends and applying that knowledge to strategic planning, firm branding, and client service The ideal candidate will display:

- Trustworthiness and integrity This role is critical to the client experience and requires a high degree of follow-through, strong interpersonal skills, a strong sense of initiative, and excellent organizational capability. ### Job Responsibilities

Client Relations:
- Heavy interaction with clients, follow-ups, maintaining client files (physical and electronic), client information, and client reports
- Properly and promptly document all client interactions in CRM
- Work directly with assigned Relationship Coordinators to ensure all client deliverables, including meetings, are being met
- Review client investments
- Review client risk tolerance
- Review client financial plan
- Review client insurance coverage (if applicable)
- Recommend changes to investments, risk tolerance, and insurance as needed
- Consult with clients on the impact of changes to non-securities related products
- Work with our joint-work partners to service and possibly uncover new business
- Educate the client on all aspects of their financial plan, including potential recommendations and changes to the same
- Uncover new business opportunities when and where appropriate
