  • English/Spanish We’re seeking a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) Regional Sales Account Manager to join a fast-growing Fintech company focused on serving small businesses in Spanish-speaking communities.

This is a high-activity, B2B field sales “hunter” role requiring 4-5 days per week in the field, targeting retailers, convenience stores, and other local businesses. The role involves short sales cycles and high-volume outreach.

Regional Sales Account Manager Requirements:

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience targeting small businesses, convenience stores, merchant retail Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Cold calling, prospecting, hunting 4-5 times per week, averaging 45-55+ weekly Proven success in field sales and closing high-volume deals Experience selling into Spanish-speaking community businesses, a strong plus Willingness to travel up to 75% of time

Regional Sales Account Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary + commission (OTE $140
