Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Conduct product demos to showcase our offerings and demonstrate value to potential clients. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory management and account growth. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales or sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex software solutions. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience with lead generation techniques and territory management strategies. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and data tracking. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
