As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated Account Manager to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. Introduce FSM’s print and digital marketing services and spark interest. Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for closers. Follow a proven script and engage business owners professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with business owners. Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales is a plus (but not required). A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging.
