Responsibilities of Our Client Account Representative:
Our Client Account Representative will deliver exceptional customer and business experiences by working closely with business partners in the area to find solutions for their operational telecommunications needs Use communication skills to present products and services to prospective customers who have shown interest or have acquired services Assist individuals in navigating through their product enrollment process, providing clear and accurate information along the way Promote and effectively communicate the value of AT&T’s products and services to build trust and brand loyalty while driving sales revenue Participate in comprehensive skill assessment designed to build expertise across key departments Collaborate with the office team to stay updated on industry trends, company products, services, and policies, and improve strategies Qualifications of the
Client Account Representative:
Experience in account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles Experience working with teams to help achieve their objectives is preferred but not required A Client Account Representative possesses a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn Excited about training being provided with a student mentality to continue learning and adapting new skills Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor are needed
