Client Relationship Manager 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Estero, FL 33928 Overview SWFL Inc. is seeking a proactive, results-driven Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs. Closing sales and achieving sales goals. Communicating with customers, outreach to potential customers, and following up on leads generated through marketing efforts. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Mining data and creating processes to convert leads to customers. Develop trusted advisor relationships with members, stakeholders, and annual partners. Resolve client issues efficiently, providing solutions and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver client presentations and use consultative sales approach. Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor client account health, performance metrics, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and service issues using CRM systems. Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings to best serve client needs. Attend all SWFL Inc. events and programs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
