Position:
An Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work with our Rockefeller Global Family Office Team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.
Responsibilities:
Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings Communicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team Ongoing coordination with clients’ CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet management Working closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters Executing the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities
Qualifications:
3-6 years of relevant experience, working in a client service or operational capacity is preferred Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive` and productive attitude Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently Strong quantitative, qualitative, and technical skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and recognition of critical issues
