Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities:

Our Account Representative will deliver exceptional customer and business experiences by working closely with business partners to solve their operational telecommunications needs. Use communication skills to present products and services to prospective customers who have shown interest or have acquired services. Assist individuals in navigating their product enrollment process, providing clear and accurate information. Promote and effectively communicate the value of AT&T’s products and services to build trust and brand loyalty while driving sales revenue. Participate in a comprehensive skill assessment designed to build expertise across key departments. Experience in customer service, account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles An Entry Level Account Associate possesses a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn Excited about training being provided with a student mentality to continue learning and adapting new skills Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor are needed
