Present sales pitches, explaining available plans, programs, and services to prospective customers face to face in an accurate, succinct, and thorough manner Listen to specific needs of prospective customers regarding pricing and service at point of sales and recommend plans that meet those needs Overcome objections through effective customer service and sales strategies, providing a thorough explanation of the benefits and features of available plans to the customer Track and monitor individual and team performance throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics are met Offer ongoing post-enrollment support by assisting customers in the resolution of issues & concerns related to their chosen products, ensuring high metrics in customer retention Qualifications of an
