In-office days will be split between the Sanibel Island and Fort Myers offices. This position is part of an assigned personal lines team who works with clients and prospects to place insurance coverages. She/he must listen to understand each clients risk factors, prepare quotes and present quotes/proposals to prospects and clients by phone, email and/or in-person meetings. Our team is focused on providing white glove service to both our existing clients and agency prospects. Our culture is one that fosters a full understanding of each risk to educate clients on recommended coverages. We are an educational organization with no cold calling or heavy sales pressure.

Salary:

Additional responsibilities include:

Market new business by thoroughly understanding each clients risk factors, preparing quotes and presenting quotes/proposals to prospects and clients by phone, email and/or in-person meetings. Perform policy reviews identifying when rewrites are needed. Identify opportunities to round out client insurance programs with additional lines of coverage (PAF, Umbrella, etc.). Review renewal quotesunderstanding new coverage restrictions and/or additionsand re-market policies when necessary. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a busy, retail agency. Florida 2-20 General Lines agent license required. A 20-44 license will be considered, with a commitment to obtaining a 2-20. Experience with Vertafore AMS360 ideal, but experience with any agency management or CRM system considered. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel.
