Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Property and Casualty Account Manager to join our team and serve our high-net-worth clients. This full-time position offers in-office hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and remote hours on Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationships :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Quoting and Renewals:

Prepare and process quotes and renewal remarkets, and present proposals to clients.

Client Support :

Assist clients and staff with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues, and problem-solving.

Renewal Management :

Collaborate with advisors and team members to monitor and manage the renewal process, providing analysis and recommendations.

Meetings and Presentations :

Coordinate and attend meetings with clients and producers to present renewals and support documents.

Documentation :

Organize files and documentation in SharePoint and EZ Lynx, and update policies and log activities in the Agency Management System.

Processing:

Handle new and renewal business changes, invoice premiums, and maintain daily client processing functions.

Client Books:

Prepare new business PPRM client books and renewal comparison binders.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Minimum one year of Property and Casualty experience or equivalent Minimum 4-40 state-issued license (2-20 preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years of industry-specific experience Team player with a collaborative mindset Experience with EZ Lynx Agency Management system Both personal (HNW) and small commercial industry knowledge and experience
