Commercial Insurance Account Manager Briercheck Insurance Group Ocala, FL 34482 • Hybrid work We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to become a part of our organization! This role supports our Property and Casualty team by assisting Producers with a range of tasks, primarily focused on preparing insurance applications for clients and servicing existing accounts.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid 220 Insurance License High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 5 years’ customer service experience in the insurance industry Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.) and AMS360 (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
Market new and renewal business Collect client information to prepare policy coverage for both new and renewed insurance Prepare proposals Complete and submit insurance applications to carriers Manage and service a book of Property & Casualty business Handle policy endorsements, review policy documents, and enter details accurately Process cancellations and follow up on reinstatements Manage audits and resolve audit disputes as necessary Comply with oversight and accountability expectations
