Job Summary As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients , ensuring a high level of retention and satisfaction. You’ll act as the primary liaison between the client and C&W Technologies, overseeing every phase of the client journey—from onboarding and solution implementation to ongoing relationship management and strategic account growth. In this role, you will: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Upsell and cross-sell additional services that align with client needs. Support clients’ IT roadmaps by proactively recommending improvements. Responsibilities Relationship Management & Communication Maintain regular communication (written and verbal) with clients, ensuring they stay informed about project updates, new offerings, and relevant industry insights. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Technical Support, etc.) to ensure client requests are handled efficiently. Client Retention & Satisfaction Build and nurture strong, long-standing client relationships, conducting monthly touchpoints and quarterly reviews. Identify client needs, conduct whitespace analyses, and proactively suggest improvements or additional services. Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business and IT environment to help shape their long-term technology roadmap.

Sales Growth:

Upselling & Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to expand current accounts through upselling (e.g., managed services, unified communications) or cross-selling complementary solutions. Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and orders. Track all sales activity in CRM systems and other sales tools, maintaining clean records of margin, pricing, and deal registrations. Order & Vendor Management Oversee the quote-to-order process, ensuring timely delivery and white-glove treatment for each client. Handle vendor relations, including deal registration, price adjustments, order tracking, and reporting. Proactively manage any vendor or client order issues to ensure a smooth experience for all parties. Customer Service & Support Respond promptly to client requests via phone, email, chat, or other channels. Work collaboratively with the technical and operations teams to address client concerns and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications Experience :

2-4 years in an Account Manager (or equivalent) role with proven results in B2B environments.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Background in customer service and/or sales is a plus.

Technical Aptitude :

Familiarity with IT services, professional services, unified communications, or other business-related technologies is highly beneficial.

Relationship Building :

Proven ability to develop long-standing professional relationships and handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

Sales Skills :

Knowledgeable in upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning.

Communication :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable collaborating with internal teams and presenting to external stakeholders. Compensation Base Salary :

$50,000
