Your Mission:
Capture daily content—builds, projects, and culture—from inside our shop Edit and craft high-energy, authentic YouTube videos that tell a story Download, organize, and manage footage like a pro Optimize every post (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions) for reach and engagement Develop a growth strategy—and lead the charge Bring energy, creativity, and ideas to the table every week
