What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. If you’re an analytical leader with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and top-notch multi-tasking skills, you might just be the perfect fit. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for account strategy, project management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager at INGAGE Biz, you’ll play a vital role in boosting brand awareness for our clients. Your duties will include (but are not limited to): Delivering exceptional client service by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Utilizing social media marketing tools to develop and manage our clients’ brands. Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful social media campaigns. Engaging with customers and stakeholders through social media channels to build relationships. Analyzing and optimizing digital marketing and social media strategies, identifying areas for improvement. Researching social media trends and providing relevant insights to the management team. Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
We’re looking for candidates with a robust set of skills, including:
Social Media Savvy :
At least 4 years of experience managing and growing brand presence on platforms through engaging content and proactive customer interaction.
Strong Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and senior management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving marketing goals.
Creativity :
The ability to craft compelling content that aligns with current trends and captures the attention of target audiences.
Technical Proficiency :
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, and Kajabi. Knowledge of social media management tools like Sprout Social. Understanding of CRM systems and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact. Experience with project management tools like Monday.
Research Skills :
Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and discover new tools and techniques to enhance marketing efforts.
Time Management :
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration. Ready to make an impact?
