Experience with other proteins is ideal, but seafood experience is required. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant with direct sales experience in the seafood industry to join our growing clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a collaborative approach to sales, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and support. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on features and benefits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance. Requirements Proven experience in a Direct Sales role, specifically within seafood. Strong collaboration skills with companies in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening. Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and understand their needs. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred but not required.
