Objetivo :
Apoyar en auditorías, planificación estratégica y elaboración de informes de procesos contables, manteniendo registros detallados, actualizados y organizados permitiendo identificar y evaluar diferencias, asegurando la precisión y la integridad de la información financiera.
Funciones principales:
Apoyar en elaboración de reportes para el área contable y financiera. Apoyar en procesos del área contable y financiera. Registrar landed cost de aduana. Evaluar y controlar distorsiones en proceso de receiving de productos. Liquidar y revisar gastos de viajes. Liquidar y revisar cajas chicas exteriores. Apoyar en proceso de registro de cheques. Apoyar en proceso de registros de pagos. Organizar y archivar facturas registradas. Apoyar en planeación estratégica del área.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Contaduria Publica, Economía o Administración de Empresas. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares. Conocimiento en contabilidad y administración. Conocimientos de las leyes y reglamentos comerciales e impuestos vigentes. ::

Objective:
Provide support in audits, strategic planning, and the preparation of reports related to accounting processes, while maintaining detailed, updated, and organized records that allow for the identification and evaluation of discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of reports for the accounting and finance departments. Support accounting and financial processes. Record customs landed costs. Evaluate and control discrepancies in the product receiving process. Settle and review travel expenses. Settle and review petty cash for external locations. Support the check registration process. Assist in payment registration processes. Organize and file recorded invoices. Support the strategic planning process of the department.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of accounting and administrative processes. Familiarity with current commercial laws and tax regulations.
